Previous My first brisket!! Kosher salt, black pepper and a Dijon slather. Six hours on the smoke at 275 and then a foil wrap for four more. Turned out well!! #bigjerssmokeshow #yodersmokers

Next After a hot day at the bbq I went and helped carve this lovely beast. Cooked for 14 hours, it was the centerpiece of a friend’s wedding. Chef Tim and Queen Jodi really pulled it off! #bigjerssmokeshow #bbqlife #wholepig
