Tonight’s taste – St. Augustine New World Gin – another local Florida Gin. Not sure what “New World” means, but it’s a tasty tipple from a great #rum distillery. On the nose it it’s very citrus forward, and on the tongue it quickly becomes sort of musky/bitter. This, coupled with the #fevertreetonic bitterness, is a bit challenging.
